Iron deficiency
Iron deficiency is a condition in which the body has insufficient levels of iron, an essential mineral for the production of hemoglobin and the transport of oxygen in the blood. Common symptoms include tiredness, paleness, headache, brittle hair and nails, dizziness and weakness. Partial deficiency can lead to iron deficiency anemia if not treated properly.
